Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, centrally placed near major sites and convenient for exploring. However, the service was lacking, with some staff members being rude. The dining arrangements were a bit confusing, but the wholesome food made up for it.
The hotel had excellent rooms, with very proficient front desk staff and a great tub, but was very noisy despite requesting a quiet room. The heat was unbearable, forcing us to lay on top of the bed in our underwears. The location was perfect for exploring the city's main sights and very close to the congress area. The dining experience was first-rate, although a bit chaotic in the breakfast room. A few hiccups in service included mistakenly throwing away a bag with a gift and not being especially helpful with attached receipts.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and polite staff, but could benefit from some updates. The location is excellent for exploring the city, though some aspects may need improvement.
The hotel had lovely rooms with less noise, but it was rather hot even with the air conditioning on full blast. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful, providing a top-notch service. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Central station and close to everything. The dining experience was delicious and fresh every morning, but a bit overpriced. Overall, a great value for money stay.
The hotel offers a mix of chic and churchy ambiance with spacious and comfy rooms, featuring one of the best hotel beds. The service was excellent, with a slight hiccup in room servicing but quick resolution from the reception. The perfect location near the old town makes it fantastic for exploring, though occasional issues with noise and room availability. The dining experience, while offering many options, could be pricey for some visitors.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a lovely view, but the lighting was a bit limited. The service was exceptional, with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The location was central, making it convenient for exploring the city, but the dining options were a little expensive. The facilities were well-maintained and added to my enjoyment of the stay.
