the hotel has a good location. its right in the centre. the staff was nice. i really liked the dyson hairdryer in the room too.
the room was cold. i was not isolated well and i had a horrible new year's eve because of that. assistance was not really given to us by the reception. i think that they answer strangely.

The breakfast had an excellent range of fresh pastries and hot dishes. The staff was professional and always ready to help with anything i needed. i recommend asking reception to call a taxi for the airport. It's a flat rate. The location is great. Everything i wanted to see was within walking distance.
Upon lifting the toilet seat in the bathroom, i discovered embedded dirt. It was indicative of a lack of proper cleaning.

The location is very central. It allows easy walking to many places. i walked less than 10 minutes to the train station. The grand place is about a 5 minute walk away.

the location was great near everything yet tucked away providing quiet. i found front desk staff helpful . the manager was friendly i noted. i will definitely consider this hotel again for future trips.

the mattress was nice and firm providing a good sleep experience. i appreciated the nespresso coffee machine provided in the room. a dyson hairdryer was also a nice touch, it made getting ready quick.

The provided bottles of water were a welcome amenity each day upon request. Recommendations from the staff proved excellent, supplying useful information for my visit. The lobby has an amazing design. The bathroom had well-designed privacy features.
